IIMS has set the benchmark for conducting activities in such a way that the students not only enjoy but also learn a great deal from it. With the same perspective in view, IIMS organized a culinary competition named “Taste Fest” on (date) for the budding aspirants of our Diploma Hotel Management and Food Production courses. The participants surprised all with their exceptional and innovative culinary skills. Their efforts came out as mouthwatering delicacies titillating our taste buds. The competition was judged by Sri. Prasad Jagdale, Sous Chef, Hotel Le Meridian on the basis of authentic taste, texture, hygiene and presentation. The first, second, third prize winners were awarded cash prize and mementos. All the participants were awarded certificate of appreciation.
